When I first started drinking coffee it was exclusively in coffee houses or expensive restaurants. Freshly made coffee, hand prepared by trained members of staff and coffee experts. I didn’t dare venture into a supermarket and buy cheap nonsense, trying its best to replicate that real coffee taste. Instant coffee was an option but I quickly discovered something.
Instant coffee repulsed me – so I was stuck! That was until I discovered the brand new type of Espresso and Cafetiere machines. They allow people to make and prepare delicious coffee of all kinds of flavours, textures and strengths, all from the comfort of their own home. Mochas, Cappuccinos, Espressos and Americanos all at the touch of a button. They’re gorgeous machines, if a little expensive, but they are so worth the investment – the only downside is you don’t get to flirt with the pretty baristas in coffee shops anymore!
